At Taxian, your security is our top priority. To help you stay protected, we've compiled a straightforward list of security guidelines:

1.Never share your personal banking details, such as your card number, CVV, PIN, or OTP, through any medium, including phone calls, messages, or emails.

2. We will never request any sensitive information from you. Be cautious of anyone asking for these details.

3. We will never contact you to perform any payment transactions via the app, nor will we ask you to install any remote access software like TeamViewer or AnyDesk.

4. Do not respond to unsolicited emails, texts, or phone calls asking for personal information or payment instructions.

5. Our customer support is accessible exclusively through the app. Avoid engaging with any phone numbers claiming to represent our support team.

Data Security

We maintain distinct environments and segregate duties to ensure robust security, implementing strict role-based access control based on documented and authorised need-to-use principles. Our key management services restrict data access exclusively to the data team. Data at rest is secured through encryption, with sensitive information further safeguarded by application-level encryption. To enhance data resiliency, we utilise data replication, and for ensuring data durability, we employ snapshotting. Additionally, our backup and restore processes undergo regular testing to guarantee data reliability.

Taxian operates on a Private Cloud within Amazon Web Services(AWS). This setup delivers a robust and scalable technological foundation, allowing us to offer services that are both secure and dependable.
