Payment, Fees, Cancellation & Refund

Pricing & availability


a. We list availability information for products and services sold by us on the App, including on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that dispatch estimates are just estimates. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such.

b. All prices are listed in Rupees. Product and service will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product & service detail page.

c. All prices displayed are inclusive/exclusive of Goods and Services Tax ("GST") which is mentioned in the pricing page, fees, duties and cesses as applicable - unless stated otherwise.

d. Under the Terms & Conditions that Sellers agree upon, products and services are cancelled windows, All products listed under a particular category may have a different cancellations/returns policy. Users are required to check & verify the return policy before purchasing/booking a product or services.


Payment & fees


In addition to the cost of booking as charged by the Service Providers, Taxian may charge convenience or service fees, which can be altered at any time. These additional fees will be shown to the User before booking confirmation or payment collection.

If there is a shortfall in the booking amount due to technical errors or other reasons, Taxian reserves the right to claim the balance amount from the User, who must pay it. If not paid before the booking is used, Taxian may cancel the booking.

Any price increase due to new or changed taxes will be borne by the User. Such changes may occur without prior notice but will comply with applicable law.

In rare cases where a booking is not confirmed, Taxian will refund the amount paid and notify the User. Taxian is not obligated to provide an alternative booking or compensation. All new bookings will be treated as new transactions, and refunds will follow the policies of the service provider and Taxian.

The User is responsible for all charges, fees, and taxes related to the service use, as per the law. Payments must be made only to Taxian's bank accounts. Taxian, its agents, or employees will never ask for payments to private accounts. If the User transfers money to any account not held by Taxian, Taxian is not liable, and the User cannot recover that amount from Taxian.

The User must not share sensitive information like credit/debit card numbers, CVV, OTP, etc., with anyone, including Taxian's agents or employees. If such details are requested, the User should inform Taxian immediately. Taxian is not liable for any loss from sharing these details.

Refunds for cancelled bookings will be processed to the original payment method.Bookings through Taxian are subject to the cancellation policy stated on the booking page or communicated in writing. Taxian offers various payment methods on the Website, such as UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, gift cards, EMI, and more.


Cancellation & refund


Taxian believes in helping its customers as much as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Book your hotels or purchase others products and services on Taxian without any worries about changes to your plan. Reserve in advance and get a 100% refund if you need to cancel your hotel bookings or other purchase (Note: Each product and services may have different cancellation & refund that are displayed in products and services pages). Users can enjoy free cancellation on selected domestic hotel bookings. Note that the cancellation policy for each hotel may vary. Be sure to check the hotel's cancellation policy at the time of booking or other products and services!

Taxian reserves the right to reject any claim if there is any misuse by the customer or if the claim does not meet the offer's eligibility criteria.

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 2 to 7 business days from the date of cancellation. The processing time may vary depending on the hotel's specific cancellation policy and terms.


User responsibility


Users are advised to check the description of the services and products carefully before booking (or executing and proceeding booking, payment, service & etc). User(s) agree to be bound by all the conditions as contained in booking confirmation or as laid out in the confirmed booking voucher. These conditions are also to be read in consonance with the User Agreement.

If a User intends to make a booking on behalf of another person, it shall be the responsibility of the User to inform such person about the terms of this Agreement, including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto.

The User undertakes to abide by all procedures and guidelines, as modified from time to time, in connection with the use of the services available through Taxian. The User further undertakes to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, orders, directions, etc., issued by either the Central Government, State Government, District Authorities, or any other statutory body empowered to do so regarding the use of services or for each transaction.

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Taxian may change the features or functionality of the services being provided at any time, in its sole discretion, without any prior notice. Taxian expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, reasonably fit for all purposes. No advice or information, whether oral or written, which the User obtains from Taxian or through the services opted for shall create any warranty not expressly made herein or in the terms and conditions of the services.

User also authorises the Taxian's representative to contact such a user over phone, message, and email. This consent shall supersede any preferences set by such User through the national customer preference register (NCPR) or any other similar preferences.
